Q: What's the turnaround time?
A: We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days but have been known to fulfil orders within a few hours if it's extremely urgent. If you need something within 24hours please reach out and depending on our schedule we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Q: What size should I buy?
A: All clothing are sold in standard sizes and are usually true to size but if unsure please contact us and we will be happy to advise on the correct size to choose. Not sure what size pouch would work best for your bits, check out the 'Dyson' highlight on Insta there's videos of both large and small being filled.
Q: Can I wash my pouch?
A: We recommend spot cleaning any dirty marks using a damp white cloth or wet wipe + some soap or 'pink stuff'. If it's very dirty select a quick cycle on cold if you have to but remember over time this will dull the glitter edging. All patches are sewn on so you do not have to worry about them coming off.
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: We have always applied set and bundle discounts, SET ~ Small + Large.
BUNDLE ~ Small + Large + Clear. When these items are added to cart the discount will be automatically applied at checkout. NB colours can be mix and match.
Q: Can I change my order?
A: As our turnaround time is so efficient it leaves little window to make changes, if you have a change of heart please contact us immediately and if your order is not yet in production we will do our best to amend it for you.
Q: Can I have each item individually boxed?
A: Our packaging is designed per order and with sustainability in mind we will use as few boxes as necessary to send orders however if you do require a box per gift please be sure to mention this in the notes section. That said if you do not require a box with the aim to be more conservative please also advise and we can send items securely bagged instead. International orders will not be sent boxed with the aim to keep the package as light as possible.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we offer shipping within the UAE only, however we can arrange international shipping if requested, POA (price on application). Customs charges may apply depending where we are sending to, these are payable by the customer.
